Approval Ledger provides operational approval records and is not an e-signature, legal-signature, legal-advice, or workflow-routing service. Customers control their monday content, approver assignments, retention choices, and lawful basis for processing.
Billing and cancellation are managed by monday. Approval actions are never metered. The service is provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted by maintenance or third-party platform outages. Export your records as needed for your own continuity obligations.
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, or submit data you lack authority to process. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded; any mandatory rights remain unaffected. Final commercial liability terms must be agreed with VENTURE VD LLC.
