Create single- or multi-stage approval policies, select the material fields to watch, and use ALL, ANY, or N-of quorum. If a watched value changes, the prior approval remains preserved as superseded and a fresh request opens for the changed version.
Approval actions are never metered. Plans scale by seats and workflow capabilities, while records and exports remain readable after downgrade.
